Features: Intelligent manufacturing, indicating manufacturing digitization, networking and intellectualization, is the main direction to support "Made in China 2025" digital. This major is newly established to adapt to the economic and social development. It originates from the construction point of "National First-class Major" and first-class characteristic major in Fujian Province. The predecessor of this major has 50 years of undergraduate history. More than 60% of our staff have doctoral degrees from well-known universities at home and abroad. The professional teaching staff are young, vigorous, innovative and entertaining. It is their duty to practice the school motto of "Honesty and Perseverance" and cultivate talents for their motherland. The term of Intelligent Manufacturing, which based on the new generation of information technology and run through every link of Manufacturing activities such as design, production, management and service, is consisted of advanced Manufacturing processes, systems and modes with functions of self-perception of information depth, Intelligent optimization and self-decision, precise control and self-execution.
培养目标:智能制造工程专业以培养具有智能产品设计与制造,智能制造系统集成,智能装备设计与制造,智能装备故障诊断、维护与维修,智能系统运行控制与管理等能力的工程技术人才和管理人才为目标,以适应制造业“智能化、网络化和数字化”的发展方向。
Objectives: In order to adapt to the manufacturing industry " digitization, networking and intellectualization " development direction, the objectives of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering are to cultivate engineering and management talents with intelligent product design and manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing system integration, intelligent equipment design and manufacturing, intelligent equipment fault diagnosis, maintenance and repair, intelligent system operation control and management and other abilities.
核心课程:工程制图、理论力学、材料力学、电工电子学、自动控制原理、传感器与智能检测技术、计算机智能控制系统、信息物理融合系统、移动机器人技术、机器视觉。
Core courses: Engineering drawing, theoretical mechanics, mechanics of materials, Electrical and electronics, Principle of automatic control, Sensor and Intelligent Detection Technology, Computer intelligent control system, Cyber-Physical System, Mobile robot technology, Machine vision.
毕业前景:本专业可从事智能制造系统设计、集成和制造工作;从事智能制造装备调试、维护保养、故障诊断以及控制编程等工作;在智能制造企业从事智能生产工艺分析、车间生产管理和生产系统软件管理等工作。
Graduation prospect:The graduates can be engaged in
